I will follow your blog with lots of interest!  As we look to move into our LD, I realize that many of my kitchen methods will have to change.  I'm glad to sit back and learn from someone else!  Thank you for sharing.

If you haven't been to an Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta or Roger's Annual Quartzsite GTG every January then you have missed out on a lot of Roger's cooking skills especially the tri-tip as Jack mentioned in an earlier post.  Anyone at the Quartzsite GTG this year can attest to that.
