30 IB cargo issues

I can attest to how hard it is to keep my own rig within the safety weight limit...I have Kwikee levelers, three solar panels, cork laminate flooring, and a beefed up welded hitch...this subtracts about 200-250 from my 850 CC.

Granted there's just me, and Junah so the weight allowance for "two people" adds some back. Junah only weighs 70 lbs.
That said, I do LOVE my levelers!  And the rest of the upgrades were needed. However, it is a real challenge to keep my addins within that left over 500-600 lbs.

My problem is that my cargo areas and cabinets are so empty, things roll around! Hard to keep stuff from shifting when there's not enough in them.
I have replaced everything in my rig with the lightest, most compact, and as multi-purposed as possible. I'm still over by about 200 lbs in the rear. LD Mother ship recommends [especially true for the 30fters] to travel with mostly empty water, but when boondocking that's just not realistic. I start out with full gas, water, empty dump tanks and a two weeks worth of food and supplies.

If there are TWO or more people, it is a problem.

But I also admit, I love this floor plan. Wish there was a way to safely increase cargo carrying capacity.
