Vertical measurement in cabover bed area

I'm wondering if someone would do me a favor:  I'm looking for the vertical/height measurement in the cabover bed area (excluding the mattress/cushion).
 If someone is on their Lazy Daze now and could get this measurement for me, it would be much appreciated.

26 1/2" sans mattress if what I measure in 2003 MB.

Emily, there is a difference in that measurement depending mainly on year of manufacture and chassis. Can you be more specific on model, year, and Ford/Chevy?
