New posting and need input of other site to list LD for sale
Yahoo Message Number: 134774
I just posted in files our LD for sale...what other sites would be recommended to post it?
FYI there is a picture on the link in the file where we took it a few weekends ago to the old car "CruisN  the Coast held yearly in Ocean Spring/Gulfport MS.  The picture with my husband sitting out in front of it was taken with the new art center behind it.  After Katrina the large Grand Casino barge was sitting on top of the demolished Art center.
Thanks, Darlene

I think Craigslist is good.  They have become the goto place for motor vehicles.  You might Google "Lazy Daze for sale" to see where you find them now.

Thanks for the links Joan.
Just out of curiosity, I compared the asking prices of the 1st two sites (didn't see a LD in the last one) to the asking price table on the Yahoo web site:
 http://f1.grp.yahoofs.com/v1/MBiUUNFO2Cqg92rR7ygkjMxGd7LmSnZfBB5oNHjM6RZr3kcMb83aiJxP-FqEz-acp3BeC8QSaVKKuHySEB95bLxygv8D-P3nECI/Buying%20%26%20Selling/LD%20Asking%20Prices%202012

The 14 LD asking prices I found agreed with the predicted prices of the table to -3.5% (predicted asking price being lower than actual asking price) with an uncertainty (scatter) of 14.6% (one sigma).
When one 'outlier' with an unrealistically high asking price was deleted from the data, the 13 remaining asking prices differed from the predicted prices of the table by -1.1%  with an scatter of 10.2%.
Since a number of the owners may have been familiar with the table and influenced by it's predictions, it is hard to say which is the chicken and which is the egg, but nevertheless, the table still seems to be agreeing well with actual asking prices.

--- That's good to know; I think the table is a valuable resource. If I were selling my 2003, "the table" would be the first place I'd check to get a baseline; I would have very little idea of a starting price point otherwise!
As with houses and other properties, the asking prices are one number; the actual selling prices are another, often reflecting a significant discrepancy. I can understand why sellers would be reluctant to disclose the final sale price, and, although these figures could be helpful, I believe that there are too many variables, i.e., location, condition, model popularity, after-market add-ons, season, etc., to be able to calculate "value" past a certain point. An item is "worth" only what one can get for it! ;-)

As ever, YMMV.

All final sale prices are relative to the economy, the need to sell quickly, etc. We bought a 1996 23.5 TK
