I plan to do some arts & crafts work using old expired car/RV license plates.  Wasn't sure where to find these other than on the internet (and they are usually pricey)....any ideas as to where to buy/find these at a reasonable price?  Would cars in old junkyards have any on them? Thanks for any tips!
