Winegard 4600 Series Satellite Antenna

My coach has a 4600 Series Winegard Satellite Antenna that you must manually crank up and position.  I don't have a real problem with a roof mounted antenna in AZ as there are few trees in most of the parks, but I have not been able to find a signal with this thing!  I was not getting any voltage to the LNB so I ran a new coax out the door directly from the receiver to the LNB and still no signal.  Does anyone have any words of wisdom on how to check out the LNB to see if it Is defective?  I know that the receiver is OK as it came out of the bedroom and works fine.  It is a Hughes.

That website appears to be for over-the-air reception...Glen is talking about a satellite TV dish, so that website isn't going to do him any good (unless there's a place there where he can enter his zip code and get the azimuth and elevation for his satellite dish...I didn't thoroughly explore the site).
Glen, assuming that you are pointing at the correct satellite (101 for DirecTV, 119 or 110 for Dish Network, or 129 if you want HD) and the correct elevation, then the problem either has to be in your wiring or in your LNB.
Do you get ANY type of signal while swinging the dish side to side and up and down?  Is this the first time you've tried to use this satellite dish, or has it worked before?
You said that you were not getting any voltage to the LNB...have you checked the voltage prior to its getting to the LNB to see if you have a "live" line?  I suspect, however, since you have already run a separate line directly between the dish and the receiver and still are not getting a signal, that the problem is the LNB...they do go bad.  Unfortunately, I don't know how to test an LNB to see whether or not it's any good.  A new LNB isn't all that expensive, so you could always get one and try it out.
I don't know where you are, but if you are anywhere near Quartzsite, I'd recommend taking your rig to Satellite Advantage and have them diagnose the problem.
