Sorry to say that does look like signs of dry wood termites.  My local hardware store here in California used to sell a pressurized can with a small hose on the end connected to a small tube that went into the termite hole and killed them.
I don't know what it was, but I bet it wasn't orange oil.  It was sold by an electronics company in Hawaii.  If you find it read the instructions carefully, it may be flammable.  Good luck,  Gene

The floor is delimitation of the plywood due to moisture/water intrusion.  Had this happen before on previous coaches, FMC, Chinook, LD and Safari.  See how badly the plywood is delaminated by grabbing a piece of it and pulling to see if it rips up in long pieces or breaks off.  If long pieces come up it needs replaced.  If more than one ply is loose, replace it.

Could that be blown into that area from a tree or a bush? You could gather up a tablespoon of those things and take them to an exterminator to examine. They do look like this image (middle picture):

An alternative is to take your LD up to the mountains, where the daytime temperatures stay below freezing, and leave it there for a few days, after winterizing, to freeze it solid.
 Tap the wall and cabinet above the refrigerator and see if any more pellets (actually called frass)fall out.
Get inside and around the cabinets that surround the refrigerator and probe the accessible wood, in the area, with an ice pick, looking for soft or hollow wood and frass .

 Yup, same exact place on ours.  Sorry I don't have a better pix.  Have found a wing or two inside the coach over the last 2 years.  Need to get it tented once we get all the leaks fixed.  A member here (Rick Flower) had his tented not too long ago. You can search on his thread.  I think he posted pix.
 If I get ambitious, I might yank the refer and see what type of damage there is after tenting.

Yup.. We had termites (note the word "had").. We took it to a local fumigation place and they fumigated it using the traditional tenting method..

One suggestion if you decide to tent is to find a place that will do it without the need to move your rig and even better if they can make the tent without the need to crawl on the roof as there are things up there that can be damaged if you're not careful when walking during/after the tent is applied. Just my $0.02 worth..

We did remove the source of the problem after the fact -- a single piece of wall framing on our '85 had been thoroughly chewed but is now gone.. I'm not sure if there are other places in the rig equally chewed but it can happen..

Actually it's fairly easy in almost any RV -- have you ever looked under the LD from below?  There's a fair amount of exposed wood in the compartments for starters that is exposed from below.  That's one way.

Another way on the LD's in particular are the corners (end-caps) at least on the older models (mid 80's).  If you crawl under the rear corner of an 80's LD and look up the corner underneath the end-cap where the sides come together you'll see that it's completely open -- any bug or even a mouse could get up in there and start chewing away into the corner studs.  I believe LD left these open on purpose should the wall ever collect water, it has a place to exit.  However, that leaves it wide-open for bugs to setup shop.  I suspect that bugs could also crawl/fly into the AC or swap cooler shroud and find some little wiggle room up there as well to make home.

Those are just a few places -- anybody's fair game unless you're in an Airstream (no wood in the walls -- only the floor + cabinets) or perhaps a bus which are made similarly from a structural perspective.
