Just heard a news report that Tioga Pass, Sonora Pass, Monitor Pass and Carson Pass are all still open because there hasn't been enough snow to justify a closure. Talk about unusual...

May be trivia, but wish it weren't true.  Very dry here!

Could be great time to drive through Yosemite from 395 though.
Don't know that in my 45 years of driving that it has ever been possible to take that route this time of year.

Safe travels to all on the road!

Maybe with a plow and tracks? --- The quote above is from Lydia's post; I've been driving for a lot more than 45 years! ;-)

Don't need them this year, at least not yet.  It's dry as a bone!

Hope that all changes soon!
