Storage inside no power

Still looking for the right LD, but close.
We have been looking at storage places for our soon to be purchased RV. A local small airport near Tampa Florida has space in one of its vacant warehouses that is available for $125 a month but they offer no power. There are four other RVs inside the hanger.
What are the types of problems i will encounter with this storage, probably will not be more than 45 days each storage period.

Greg, Since it is inside and in central Florida, you will have no problems with freezing. Simply make sure all batteries are fully charged and the coach batteries are disconnected (via a switch if available) and thats all need be done. Maybe put a little clorox in the fresh water tank to prevent algae growth (rinse & refill for a trip). I put a blue tarp over the roof held in place with bungees to prevent dust buildup. That is about it! Mike

"MOLD" is always something to consider in the very humid weather of Florida. Moisture is the culprit that needs to be addressed.
The solution may be as simple as placing a few "Sta-Dri" containers around the interior of your unit.
They are designed to absorb moisture vapor from the air. You'll find Sta-Dri at Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart!

The best way to treat mold and mildew is to prevent it in the first place.
