Need photos for MidBath model 2011 or 2012 December 05, 2011, 05:21:17 am Yahoo Message Number: 127121Earlier this year we traveled to LA to look at the Lazy Daze 24 twin, but my wife did not like the layout of that model, and was convinced that anything larger was to large. As a result we did not spend much time looking a the other models. She has relented and is now willing to accept a 27 foot RV, the mid bath. We live in Florida, so another trip before we make a final decision is not in the cards. We have gone through the photos but do not see many on the interior of the Mid bath, especially in the driver and seating area. I have long legs and generally need the full leg room, the 24 was very tight in the driver's seat. Hopefully the 24 has more room. If one of you can direct us to a site with photos or are willing to send some to us we would be very appreciative.Tartan 33

I've been in both the 24TK and the 27MB, and both have the same cab with a wall behind the driver. On the newer models, the TK has a trap door behind the driver's seat to allow for a bit more adjustment. On the MB I don't think this "door" exists, but the wall may be a bit further back. I've not measured, so can't say for sure. Andy Baird has had both the TK and the MB, so he should be a good person to ask.

The rear bath and rear kitchen do not have this problem.
Re: Need photos for MidBath model 2011 or 2012 Reply #5 – December 06, 2011, 06:48:45 am Yahoo Message Number: 127160Greg, I am 6' with a 32" inseam. We have a 2011 MB and it has more than adaquite leg room....a lot more then our 2005 MB. Remember that in 2010 or 2011 Ford extended the cab so that Lazy Daze went from a 26 1/2' to a 27' model, although not all of the added went inside the cab. Give a call out to the members and see if anyone in Florida, Georgia or Alabama has a new one you could look at. Re: Need photos for MidBath model 2011 or 2012 Reply #6 – December 06, 2011, 09:50:29 am Yahoo Message Number: 127163Greg, My husband is 6' 4" with a 34" in seam. He described sitting in the drivers seat as snug, but not that uncomfortable. Sure, you can't recline, but to him that was not the issue as much as just flat out being comfortable enough to drive. He tested out the seats in all the models in May 2011 and decided the snug worked for him in the MB. He never looked uncomfortable either. And he didn't do anymore stops to stretch his legs than normal. So I would suggest you take up the offer to try multiple rigs at the SE jig (forgot what they called it). A grand opportunity to see which works for YOU. Good luck and tell your wife, the 27' is not too big. It drives like a dream, handles magnificently and oh what fun it is...Melinda 2011 27'MB
