Any opinions on this advice?Chris Chris Kwikee, the step manufacturer, recommends their own product called "Kwik Lube" and advertised as 'Grease Gun in a Can'. And, it's not white, nor is it lithium. On the can it says; "Changes from a penetrating fluid to a tough penetrating grease in minutes".That's what I've been using on my Kwikee step for the past 6 years.Look in Camping World, et. al.Steve S. I found the instructions on line (instructions for steps! Who knew?), crawled underneath, and squirted a little very light oil on the "bearings". Fixed! Two years and counting... It doesn't seem to be critical, being steel and low speed movement, at least for a step that's ahead of the rear wheels and stays relatively clean.Eric
