I was very emotional with the kind and enthusiastic messages from Karen, Lorna, Mary, Sonsie, Karen and Andy!
 We like to travel in low season, since big crowds isn't our cup of tea, and we like to be able to get same day reservations, staying more where we liked or going immediately ahead. Sort off using a SUV in a RV way, except for sleeping and cooking (and bathing...aha! you thought I had forgot about baths). Our schedule is really rough, and open to suggestions and we will gladly accomodate our route to be able to rendez-vous my friends from the group. Of course, suggestions wil be wellcomed.
 From jan, 20 till feb, 19, Brigitte and me will take the westward route, up to Montclair, CA (I really don't know why Montclair, but I'm curious like a cat). Then, Brigittte, who got only a 30 days sabbatical from the university, will pick a plane to Houston (where she will pick other to Brazil) at Ontario Airport.
 Then, from feb 19 till march 8 I will do the eastward trip, alone. Basically, the route which is traced at the map is the old Route 66, a very interesting photographic subject, but, as I said, this map is an indication and NOT encarved in one of Moses rocks, and can allways be changed!

 Good to hear rom you again.  Please keep us posted on your itinerary this winter.  We will be traveling in the SW from January to April - maybe our paths will cross.
