1990 LD Party Model Floor Plan

Good Evening Lazy Dazers,
 Has anyone ever heard of "party model" floor plan?  The model in question is a 1990 23'.  It appears to have a front entrance just behind the passengers seat; a dinette on the drivers side and a single couch (fold down queen bed) in the rear.  Both the kitchen and lavatory are mid ship.  The lavatory appears to extend to the rear of the coach. It also has a Onan 4000 behind the drivers door which seems strange.  Did the ofer a genset in the 1990 23'?

That sounds like my 1986 23.5 foot RB/FD to me... it's that pretty much the standard config for all the RB/FD?  Don't think I would call it a party though.
Does make out nice when two couples are traveling together as the couch to bed can be closed off by a nice little divider.  Also works out well when I travel with my son's friends and I want to be able to dress privately without trying to do it in such close quarters as the bathroom.

I believe that is a "Multi Plan" model. I own a 1983 LD that is that same configuration. I have some original paperwork given to me from the owner previous to me from Lazy Daze. I will scan it and upload it for anyone interested.
