2004 MB recommend price?

Hi folks - I'm going to help my friend sell her LD. For you who knew him, this is Dr. Andy Mulholland's beautiful rig. Andy died a few months ago, and Mary needs help in pricing it. I told her I'd see what I could do to help. Here's some of the info; my hunch is that there's more, but this is what Mary could find:
 2004 MB, R/W, garaged when not traveling, fabulous maintenance records (Many of these additions were done by Mike Sylvester) Automatic levelers 2610.43 Tow Bar 949.95 Catalytic heater 200.00 Smart Tire 2065.47 Upgrade converter 228.00 Six new tires (7/09) 1465.44 19" flat screen TV 200.00 Steering Stabilizer 478.46 Tank Monitor system (Mike S.) 240.00 Xantrex XBB Battery Monitor 299.75 (Mike S.) Banks System 2300.00 2 solar panels - I think these are factory installed.
It's in Tulsa, Oklahoma
 I don't have the mileage, but it's not over or under-done. I know Andy exercised his generator under a load every month, kept his load within the load rating, etc., etc., etc. He loved this Lazy Daze, and pampered it as did Mary. These folks are friends of ours, and we've traveled with them. This is a mint condition rig.
 How about some recommendations on price? I sure do appreciate your help-
