--- I don't believe that people who post on this message board are "trying to impress" anyone; what they *are* doing is sharing their knowledge, particularly in specific areas of expertise, seeking and receiving informed and practical advice and suggestions, and learning from each other's experiences. Each board participant has the option of reading or *not* reading any and all posts, submissions, and/or files; if a topic is no interest, don't read it.
*If* by "be specific" about what to "get", you're requesting that someone tell you exactly which product/service/set-up/whatever to buy, it doesn't work that way. Everyone's requirements, travel and "camping" styles, priorities, and budget are different; a product, system, gadget, add-on, or set-up that works well for one person does not for another. One size does not fit all; people can offer suggestions, and they can tell you what has or has not worked for their situations, but they can't tell you *specifically* what is going to work for YOU.

As ever, YMMV.

Boy, you must be hard to impress billhicks. As for me, I am very impressed with what Steve and Linley and Rich are doing and saying. And they are saying it in a manner most of us can understand. It behooves us all to be a little educated on the systems we use, and to benefit from the experience of others. It is refreshing to read posts from people who know what they are talking about.

Tom, A big 10-4 on that! These guys keep pushing my grey matter into areas of much needed exercise. Thank you for that.
