"Toad Stop" braking system

Does anybody in the group have personal experience with the "Toad Stop" vacuum braking system, which is distributed by Blue Ox (and maybe even made by them)?
 Bernie and I have just bought our first toad, which we're now setting up. We're investigating various braking options, including SMI and US Gear. Unfortunately, we can't find anybody local to install those before we head out for our next trip.

Blue Ox does have a local installer, which makes it convenient for us... but we want to make sure the equipment is good.

We would appreciate your input about both Blue Ox's tow bar and braking systems.

We've used Blue Ox Aventa tow bar and SMI for 5 years now. Both work great.
