Las Vegas NV RV Parks?

Any advice on which Las Vegas, NV RV Parks to consider staying at (or avoiding) this time of year for a few days? Security, cleanliness, & quiet more a concern than resort amenities.
We would prefer to avoid premium prices of Oasis & Circus Circus, but would consider if these outweigh negatives of ones below.
Any experience with RV parks on the Boulder Hwy like Arizona Charlie's, Sam's Town Boulder, or Roadrunner?

Thanks in advance.

Dear Bob and Rae -
I don't remember which it was on Boulder Highway we stayed at: Sam's Town or AZ Charlie's but I think they all have the same set up with the sewer lines being open - sites are elbow to elbow, hook-ups are in this big cream colored plastic unit about in front of ones door for neighbor next to ya, sewer hose goes into a raise up trap door then there is no way to seal it - It was horrible stink - we booked for one week and after begging were moved over to a single spot next to wall - folks next to us were using a masarator leaving it to constantly drain - we were shock - were told it was grandfathered in and no changes would ever be made - We will never stay out on Boulder again -
Roadrunner was very rude on phone concerning our dog, a chihuahua - they will never get my business either -
There is a rv park downtown next to one of the older hotel/casinos gets raves from locals - find it - Oasis is ok just out on south I-15 - Orleans has area can dry camp, just check with front desk - On Rainbow, west side, Wal-Mart/Sam's use to let RVer's park - not sure now as other WM's now have signage up no overnights - There is also rv park on north LV Blvd near air base it is good -
Hope this helps - if your going to LV area be sure to go to Valley of Fire State Park, north on I-15 about 15 miles it is north end of lake area and is just a fantastic park, can camp there too -

If you are not interested in Las Vegas itself for the entire time, check out the Valley of Fire State Park.  It is beautiful and very reasonably priced.
