"For bread I have a 2-quart IKEA "Senior" fondue pot--enameled cast iron, but small enough that it doesn't weigh much--that I use with Kate's no-knead bread recipes."
Andy, I bought the fondue pot today.  Where do I get Kate's bread recipe?  If either you or Kate shared it, I would very much appreciate having the recipe.  I couldn't find it in the archives.  Thanks.

Tsk, tsk, Andy.  Didn't you just chastise bumper the other day about commercial use of the Group?

Ted H.

And in Eureka 2, which I know many of you have. :-)

I see your point, Ted, but the purpose of my post was not to sell software--it was to remind current Eureka owners (of which there are several hundred here) that the "no-knead bread" recipe is at their fingertips. Believe it or not, people sometimes forget just how much is crammed onto that disc. ;-) I apologize if anyone was offended, but I didn't feel an 11-word reminder that if you have Eureka, you'll find the recipe there was "commercial use."

Nice try, Andy. But no cigar ;o)
You might not have intended "Commercial Use," but it was there nevertheless...

Whatever!  If Kate and Andy had not mentioned the bread baking we never would have gone out to Costco to get a cast iron pot, and we would never have had the recipe to mix the flour, salt, yeast and water that eventually made us a great loaf of bread!  So thanks Kate and Andy!
