Arizona to close 17 out of 27 state parks

... including my favorite, Picacho Peak. They've already closed 4 parks, and by the end of June, Arizona will have closed TWO OUT OF THREE of their state parks. This is a sad day.

I read in the L.A. Times something about this. One thing I don't understand here...The Arizona state budget for their parks is 7 + million and they claim they receive around 260 million from all the visitors to their parks.....What gives??? John 85fl.
