No, I don't believe 17-21 mpg...however, if anyone does, I have a bridge I'd like to sell them! ;-)
 It's also not a "custom built" rig.  "Factory direct" does not equate to "custom built."
 And who is this "famous" West family?  I lead a pretty sheltered life and don't get out much, so can someone clue me in, please? :-)
