oven temperature adjustment?

I have a 92 MB with the original stove/oven.  Is it possible to adjust the temperature settings on the oven?  I've used it a few times and it seems to be either on or off.  Even on the pilot setting it will light up the burner.  I couldn't find anything in the materials I have on the rig including the original owners manual and all of the other product specific materials which thankfully were kept by the previous owner.

I don't know of any adjustment that's possible... and what you're describing sounds just like a broken thermostat I experienced on my old rig's original oven. I'd light it, the burner would go on immediately--and it would stay on and get hotter and hotter. This resulted in food that was soggy inside and charred outside.
My hunch is that you'll need to see an RV tech about this, and you'll probably need a new temperature control/thermostat assembly.
