i want to buy a LD before Jan 20th!

i'm looking to purchase a 26.5 LD 2000 or newer. we want the midbath floor plan. We aren't picky on color. We have many relatives that own LD and we feel it's the model for us.  We are preapred to spend up to (but less is better) 30K. let us know if anyone sees one. thanks!!
