ANYONE INSTALL A HYDROGEN GENERATOR ON THEIR LD TO BOOST MPG???

Was wondering if anyone in the group has installed a hydrogen generator that produces hydrogen gas from water and feeds it into the air intake, increasing miles per gallon by 50% and sometimes more...
 They have come a long way in perfecting these devices where a lot of cross country long haul truck drivers now have them installed on their rigs...
 Any "qualified input" from those knowledgeable on these units would be very much appreciated... I have spent countless hours researching this interesting device and will be installing one soon on my unit!

HG unit on his old Revcon motorhome.  After 3  months of use he reports NO increase in miles per gallon.  Infact he had another problem reciently.. engine backfired, the inline spark arrestor failed and he blew up the HG canaster.  We are now refering to his RV loveingly as the Hindenberg.
I would love to hear about positive results, but I won't get them from him Ed T.

 As a physicist, I don't see how splitting water into H & O and then letting it recombine in the engine can make any gain.  It takes as much energy to take the H2O molecule apart as you gain in re-combining it.  Considering the losses in converting the original energy to electricity for the electros, it seems that it would be a net loss.  Perhaps I don't understand it.

What the fraudsters selling these devices don't tell you is that the amount of energy input required to electrolyze water into hydrogen and oxygen is greater than the amount of energy you can get back by burning the resulting hydrogen. That electrical energy isn't "free"; it comes from burning gasoline to run your engine and turn your alternator. In short, it's a losing proposition.
 This is basic "laws of physics" stuff, and no amount of slick sales talk will make those laws go away. You might as well mount a big magnet on a pole in front of your rig, hoping the magnet would pull the rig forward. That'd work just as well, and cost less. ;-)

Actually Andy, if the magnet was pointing the other way so that you could latch on to the passing truck it might work  ;-)
