The two plastic bushings (about 2 1/8 inch long) that surround a bolt on each awning arm (coach end) popped, broke in half along long axis,  and came off.  The bolts looked like they had slipped forward at one end.  Don't know which came first: did bushing break allow bolt to slip of did moving bolt break bushing?  Has anyone had any experience with this problem, and if so...any words of wisdom?  In advance, thanks.

I had the same problem. Fortunately I live close to the Mothership so I took it there and let them replace them and also adjust the awning so it rolled up evenly. Cost about $65.00 plus the trip. These pieces are called 'shock absorbers', LD has them in stock. Call them and have them shipped out to you.

I broke one a few months ago when a puff hit as I was adjusting the strut slide.  Factory sent me a new one - inexpensive - and it's an easy repair.
