How about a really nice butcher block that doesn't fit the LD sink any more? Now, does anyone have the name of the guy who built this fabulous cutting board and how to contact him? May my worst problem always remain a wobbly cutting board.Sarah ~^_^~

They had two kinds: the butcher block and a 3/8" thick white plastic. I got the plastic because it matches the white sink!!!! Anyway, you could give Todd a call to see if LD still carries them; I have not heard of any So. Calif craftsman who makes them.Lorna Great Smoky Mtn NP Travel blog: http://uppity-woman.blogspot.com
Re: Butcher block cutting board Reply #6 – July 13, 2009, 09:56:25 am Yahoo Message Number: 103868I have a question...my SOB does not have a flip-up cutting board, and I'd like one..it would fit below the counter (it extends a little bit) and above a drawer... Would I measure 1-1/4" down from the lower edge of the cabinet, then figure the size of the board so it could be flipped up for use?I hope that makes sense....Thank you,Helen
