I am considering getting a ScanGuage for Steve for fathers day.  We had never heard of them before and now he is very interested.  Since we are new to this could someone tell me where the plug for it is located on a 2007 LD?  We have the 30IB but I would not think the model makes a difference, just the year?  It seems you all think very highly of this device. Do all you men think it would make a good man gift?  LOL Thanks in advance...Connie

 A ScanGauge will work on any vehicle made 1996 or later.  The OBD-II (i.e On Board Diagnostic) connector to which it connects was mandated by the Federal government.  The connector is under the dash, above the break pedal, near the steering wheel column.  This man would love to get the new version of it! :)
