Hey all,
If you're in the market for a nice LD at a great price ($16K), take a look at my revised ad. I just made an offer on a house in East Lansing and the LD is no longer a realistic part of my future. It's currently in Sparta Michigan but will be moved to Parma MI by the end of June.

Mary Lou's asking price does sound like a good offer, as it is only 74% of the 'Expected LD Asking Price' from the table.
Of course this is in line with what Andy has been advocating with respect to the LD prices in the current economic conditions.
