My water pump sprays water all over when turned on - who is good in
Yahoo Message Number: 98682
Yesterday when I turned on the water pump switch, I heard water spraying and immediately turned it back off.  And cleaned up.  Now that everything is dry, we tried it again with one person (and plenty of towels) observing and me manning the pump switch.  It is clear the problem lies with the water pump.  We live in Bellevue WA, across the lake from Seattle.  Does anyone have any recommendations regarding a good place to take it (or are the mobile RV repair folks good)?  Our last experience with Camping World (in Fife, north of Tacoma) was disappointing...).  Diane and Courtney

Diane,

---Convenience RV (Steve & JoAnn) are very good.  Do you need their number?  They are in Preston.

I don't mind driving some "distance" for the best service, and have done so quite a few times! YMMV.

Joan: If you can get to your pump, which might take a bit of doing, chances are, the inlet line fitting to the pump is loose and can be hand-tightened. If this doesn't do it, have someone momentarily turn the pump on and watch where the waiter escapes. If, for some odd reason, the pump housing is cracked, changing the pump out is fairly simple.
