 Discovery HD is airing a special on the Fossett story this Monday, 10PM Eastern, 7PM Pacific. They shot video of my blue and white Husky  flying down the eastern flank of the Sierra Carson range. It looks "sort of like" the plane Steve was flying, so that was good enough, I reckon. They also interviewed me both flying and in front of one of Minden's soaring businesses (I asked to set up there to give the business some free advertising, as soaring needs all the help it can get).
 Anyway, thought some may want to see me trying not to make a fool of myself on TV.

 Bumper, do you know if the programming on Discovery HD is different than what appears on the "regular" Discovery channel?  We don't have HD programming.

It'll be on both HD and regular Discovery. Some friends have told me they are already airing a "trailer" for the show . . . I haven't seen it though.
 I'll be ready to sign autographs just as soon as I figure out how much I should charge (g).

And for those of us who are memory challenged, it'll be on again in 3 hours. That's 2 AM for me ;-). Sure glad I have a DVR so I can watch it tomorrow.
