Wave 3 heater ventilation requirement

A question for users of the Wave 3 heater. A certain amount of ventilation air is required.
How much ventilation have you found to be sufficient? One roof vent opened? More than one?  Window/s opened? Thank you:

I think you always need two sources of ventilation...possibly one as low as possible and another high and away from the first.  An open inch on a window would be enough.  I have the bathroom vent cracked and also have one over the stove cracked and one by the drivers side rear window (MB model) open about 1/2 to 1 inch each.  I recall either
