But then a couple of weeks later I bought them at about $88. Now they're back to $78. Costco said I could get a refund of the difference by bringing in the receipt. Recently I purchased a Seagate FreeAgent External HD from Costco. Within a short period of time the price went down. I asked the sales person if I could get the price difference and was told, ³No². While I was leaving Costco I wrote a complaint re: the price drop of this product. I toold them I was disappointed to have purchased it and them dropping the price soon after and that I could not benefit from this price drop. I furnished my phone number and account number, and an approximate date of my purchase. Within a day or two the store manager told me that indeed they did honor a policy that I would have benefited by this price drop. I was indeed due a price drop refund. The store manager also wanted to know who this employee was so she could be informed of the proper policy.Keep Œem honest. It¹s worth $10 plus tax.NC
