The first link is to listings of all CA state parks which have "hookups" (it may be only electricity).  The second link is to all CA state parks with dump stations; note that there are two pages of listings.

 The CA state parks' website was re-designed within the past year; the designers were quite successful in making the site less informative and more difficult to use.
