They first put an outlet (mounted overhead) in the lower outside locker. Then they ran a heavy duty cord to hang just above this outlet. I keep it pluged in all the time, unless I am using close to the 20 amp rating for other things. It works great. Leave the propane on and it will heat the water with eigher one. Camp host for the next 5 months, come up and visit. South Fork campground. 6500 feet of clean air and tall trees, and a running river with fish (they tell me).
