Allen; I use a Coleman grill/stove. It is available for about $70. It folds down very small, and only needs the propane pipe, and cylinder removed for storage, very easy to do. The model I have is the 9921A-700, without electronic ignition. Had I known that the 9922-750 was available I would have gotten that.
It has electronic ignition for about $5 more. While it didn't get very good reviews in a recent magazine test, you do give up a few things with the small size. The tables I've used it on don't seem to get too hot. I line it with foil before each use, just toss the foil when it gets bad enough. The grill is nonstick and easy to clean. The grill came with a griddle to replace the grill, but I haven't used that yet. It also has a burner on the right for a pot or pan.
Good for coffee, beans, etc. The only problem I've had is turning down the flame real low and having it go out, hence the desire for electronic ignition.
It's hard to see the flame to adjust it. I've had good steaks, hot dogs, chicken on it. Might be tough to cook very much at once, or something that needed baking (no cover).

We have this little grill also, and like it so much I even use it when at home. Haven't used our "high kahoota"($) home grill for over 2 years.
Will handle about 4 to 6 steaks and cooks even and fast. If we are only out for weekend, we just put the grill and griddle in the dishwasher when we get home, and take the base and cover to the self serve car wash when doing one of the cars or HaRVey.
The flat surface griddle works great for pancakes, eggs, etc.
We seldom cook in HaRVey because this little dude is so easy to use and is the only way the wife can get me to cook because I hate the mess and smells in our living room (well almost?).The little propane bottle seems to last 3 or 4 weekends.
