When do the floor models go on sale at the factory?

We have decided to purchase a new 30ft LD unless we find a late model soon. When do the models go on sale? I was told these models are less money then a brand new ones?

 I don't understand; is there something wrong with the 50th Anniversary Edition models? How much extra do they costs? thanks, Gypsy
