David, I'm curious about your reasons for liking the bath better.  I think most people think that the bathroom is one of the downsides to a MB.  Not just that it is a tiny, closet size but that the toilet is so far off the floor.   What is it you like about it?

What is it we like about it? Everything! For starters...
1) It's a completely separate "dedicated" room which (in order to have privacy) doesn't  require closing off one-third of the coach and sharing the "room" thereby created with the  fridge & closet.

2) If one is comparing the size to that one-third of the coach that would be closed off in  the RB, then indeed it is smaller than that. But because it is so well lit with that wonderful  skylight in addition to the window and wall-to-wall mirror, it "feels" larger than the  dimensions would indicate. The skylight effect is something you do not get in the LD  showroom... only when the LD is outside.

3) At first, I missed the little drawer under the sink, but I've compensated and come to  appreciate the far more spacious storage shelves and overhead cabinet. Everything is  tight, but it is so well laid out, and, in fact, there is more storage space in the bathroom.

4) The raised toilet doesn't bother us at all. The shower also is elevated off the floor so  that one steps down out of it. Again... what's the prob? It works fine.

5) Bringing the hose in when cleaning the tanks is not as big a deal as it was in the RB. The
 hose quite logically comes in through the window right over the toilet... instead of through the shower & across the hall, or over the dinette and around the corner to the toilet.
Neither of those scenarios were terribly appealing in the RB.
 We like it and think it's better... for us anyway. But I also realize (as does Lazy Daze) that one size doesn't fit all, and that people are of differing opinions about what they find comfortable or attractive. It that were not the case, there would be one floor plan and one color scenario.

Ahhh.  You know I met a woman LDer once at an Escapade.  She told me she would never consider a RB because it was disgusting that the refrigerator was in the bathroom.  I think I repeated it here on the forum and someone made the classic comment "It doesn't get any better than that".

You are right, everyone doesn't see things the same way.

In addition the bath can be compeletly separate or can be closed off wiht the entire back end or with the accordian door closed have a nice dressing room.
