Sounds obvious, but I was alone in the LD when I received my intercom, so it was difficult to tell whether it was really working properly. I mounted both the inside and outside parts, hooked it up, and...nothing!I pried it off, removed the Super Lock from each part of the intercom, and called the dealer, who gave me intructions on how to return it.
