I use a highly concentrated industrial cleaner called Big Orange, available at Smart & Final. Or, the same product is available (by The Carroll Co) at Home Depot under the name Orange Glo. Any visible spills that are baked on are easily removed with a single edge razor blade. Just "shave" em off! Use a scubby and a little Orange (diluted), rinse, and it's done. Big Orange is an all-purpose non-oily, citrus cleaner. Juli
