I have the air-bake cookie sheet as well but never thought to use it in place of the stone. Does the air-bake cookie sheet work when used alone, i.e., when you bake cookies for example. I have one of these that I use in the microwave and it works wonderfully. I imagine it would work as well for keeping the oven clean.Kathi
