Steering arm problem-update August 31, 2005, 11:55:55 am Yahoo Message Number: 57497First, *thank you* to Ken, Tom, Don and Larry for lists/explanations/how to check the possible causes of the steering arm problem on my 2003. I was out of town yesterday while the rig was in the shop, but had a message from the service advisor saying they could find nothing wrong and concluded that the arm had been "over-greased" at the last service. Possibly, but "over-greasing" doesn't explain the changed "feel" in the steering! I'm off to the Ford place soon with my list of "did you check this? from the gentlemen listed above; I will post a follow-up when I have more information.Joan
