Does anyone have any experience, either positive or negative, with work done at Camping World in Valencia?

Thanks, Kent

Some friends have had various things installed there over the years - in general, you want to keep an eye on them, and have them explain ahead of time exactly what they will be doing. If you don't like that, or they don't do the way they claim, you can make them rework it until it's right. Our friends did not think they are particularly attentive, but eventually get the job satisfactorily done.

Hi Kent,
I had HWH levelers, Roadmaster Brakemaster, Falcon tow bar, bilstein shocks, SteerSafe all installed there on my 2001 Rear Bath.  You have to check your tires before and after they put your rig on their racks as they have angle irons welded on the inside of the racks and they sliced a one of my front tires at 168 miles and sent me on my way.  If I had not crawled under and checked the tire, I might not have survived the trip home towing for the first time.  Camping World does an ok job on the above described installs.
On complicated installs like a GearVendors Overdrive, they do a poor job.  They sent me on my way with an inoperative overdrive and they did not road test the overdrive.  I had to go back several times and they give you a choice of making an appointment a couple of weeks between each try or standing around and waiting for the technician to take pity on you and look at it on his break or if he happens to finish early.  They played wiring roulette with me and they tried calling GearVendors for help but they were in way over their technical competence.  I drove to El Cajon to the GearVendors factory, at my expense, to get it fixed.

Camping World used to install Banks systems and Banks had tons of trouble with the installs so the terminated their relationship with Camping World.  Now I see that they are installing Banks again - but I would not chance a complicated install like Banks or GearVendors at Camping World.  Camping World is an ok place for typical installs like  I listed at the top of this reply, but I would never try a complicated install there.  I went to the Banks factory for my Banks install. I would go to GearVendors factory or to a driveline specialty place for the overdrive install.
Where ever you go, look at the rack and check for tire slicers along the edges.  Watch and see if they use a helper when they put a rig on the rack or if they do it with a solo driver.  Check your tires carefully before and after any install.  It would not hurt to tell the installer that your tires are "slice free" when you hand them the keys.
