Source for establishing selling price/ethics

As has been mentioned, full  disclosure and an offer that is freely made and freely accepted are the key elements of an ethical transaction.  As with home improvements made on "stick houses," very few extras will recoup their full investment or current value upon resale.   Especially, a buyer's offer won't include much towards extras that they wouldn't have elected.

And I would be intrigued to know what resource is more "

I would imagine that the "in the know" person could be Ed or Steve Newton who both have a vested interest in seeing used LD's selling for the highest possible prices.  I recently spoke with Ed about a particular unit we are considering that I think is too highly priced by some thousands of dollars.  Ed's comment was that it was "cheap".  That taught me a little something when compared to sales reports and asking prices here on this group ;o)
