Quote Thanks in advance Gene&Pam 94 TKQuote [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] For the money, it would be hard to beat the original Trojan T-105 batteries. If freezing is a concern, simply making sure the batteries are fully charged, and then disconnected before winter storage, should provide adequate protection. Batteries will self- discharge over time, but this process is slowed when cold. From the Trojan website:"Can batteries freeze? In a partially discharged state, the electrolyte in a lead acid battery may freeze. At a 40% state of charge, electrolyte will freeze if the temperature reaches approximately 16.0oF. The freezing temperature of the electrolyte in a fully charged battery is - 92.0oF."Note that, in any event, you should not be storing batteries in a 40% state of charge.bumper
