Stick On Wide Angle Velvac Mirrors

I put a pair of the Deluxe Velvac mirrors on our late 2001 MB coach this afternoon.  It went well and I had the same experience with fit and obtained the better view that everyone has already reported.
Looking into the larger wide angle mirrors does give a much, much better view down beside the coach.
 I did want to flag everyone with the standard Velvac mirrors that one of the stick-on wide angel mirrors on our old set was loose at one edge and would have fallen off within a few months.  It was just a bit more than 3 years old.  The other one was still well stuck down.

Next time you walk by your coach you might GENTLY try to lift the edges of the stick-on wide angle mirror to see if yours are still well stuck down. I have no immediate idea of what adhesive to use if your mirror is loose.  Velvac will sell you a new one if you loose yours.

I reattached the stick-on wide angle mirror with "RV Goop" that I bought at Camping World and it worked fine.  I had a tough time getting it off when I replaced the "Factory" mirrors with the larger Velvac replacement mirrors with the "real" wide angle mirrors.
