I sure wish I lived close enough to go look at this one. As it is, I would not be comfortable spending this amount on ebay when the seller has no feedbacks. If someone is nearby & interested, I'd suggest asking them what their reserve price is.

I wrote via eBay, asking if I could come check it out, and whether they'd be willing to tell me the reserve.  The response,

Donna and I will probably take a look at this rig before the eBay auction ends on Thursday night.  I'm an experienced eBayer, have been selling my life on eBay as I downsize, so I understand their systems pretty well.
I've studied all the relevant files from among the treasure-trove this group offers, and I have just one question:
Is 120K miles typical for a 1994 rig? If not, should I make some adjustment

Joanne, you have my condolences; *one* of those "life hits" would have been quite sufficient to really ruin one's day! (My old Mama had a saying for this type of occurrence, but like more than a few of her homilies, it's not really appropriate for a public message board!) Sorry that happened to you!

120K is 100% to 105% above average, so you must count with a discount on this. Besides, engines and trannies from that vintage tend to have a useful life from 80K to 140K, so, at 120k, if engine and trannie are original, they will certainly near their end. Get a competent mechanic you can trust to check this rig. Even if you have to pay for, consider it as an insurance for nasty near term surprises. Also consider around 3 grand for eventualities, that are normal in a more than ten years old RV. to keep as an peace of mind insurance.
