All, I have been asked to sell a 22' FL (listed on the for sale section of the website) for a neighbor.  The coach appears to be in good to excellent condition with only 39,000 miles on it.  I am having a hard time deciding how much to sell it for but was thinking around $15k.

Just in case you know of someone looking for a good used coach.

Barry, Thanks for the advise.  A local dealer here offered me $11,300, which I quickly rejected.  I need to move the coach but do not want to give it away.  I think that I will start with $18k and then maybe consider dropping if it does not sell.

Stephen,

Note that the price table is for asking prices, not selling prices.
On the other hand, anecdotal evidence seems to indicate that newer desirable LDs sell quickly at or near the asking price.
