In addition to Eco-Save, Pure Power is another effective tank treatment; scroll down this page to see a description of the product:

One can order Pure Power through the company's website.

I agree that Pure Power and Eco-Save are comparable in so far as their ability to digest waste into water. However, in warm weather I think you will find, as I did, that odors emenating from the tank will be far less objectionable with Eco-Save than with Pure Power.
Been there, done that.

We made the switch to Eco-Save last summer and are very glad we did.
As mentioned, we checked the homepage and purchased at a campground, more ecconomical than mailorder. We bought the powdered variety.

We use a semi transparent sewer hose and can report that with Eco- Save, it appears to be all liquid when dumping. And yes, we put TT in the toilet, not in a bag. Eco-Save is great!

We too use EcoSave and think it works GREAT! A local campground sells the powder and we are very satisfied with absolutely no smell {even when "a load" sat in there for 10+ days} and as far as I can tell, a total dump every time.

Interesting "odor" results between the two products; always good to know another's experience. I'm still using my supply of "Crestline" liquid bacteria, aka "Mike's tank bugs"; I bought a big supply before RV Chem went out of business.  When I run out of this product -- which is excellent at "digestion" and odor control -- I'll try both the others and see what my results are!

Joan-You might consider Digest-It.  Had good luck with that
product.  You can get it at Ace Hardware in our area in the plumbing section.

I agree with Joe here.  I use Digest-It and am very happy with it.
No odors at all and everything is very liquid when I dump, tp included.  Do a search of the archives to see many more recommendations on Digest-It.
I didn't know Ace carried it.  I have an Ace much closure to me than the nearest RV supply place that carries it.

Been there, done that also.

Bought two bottled of Digest-It and my nose told me, before I could use it all, that I wouldn't use it again. Then switched to Pure- Power with the same result. When that was gone I started using Eco- Save and as of now I will continue to use it.

Oh, the others did their thing, I had no quarrel with that, but the odors when the temp. got above 85° would knock your hat off.
