I would equate this lights on law again with common sense. Visibility is greatly reduced during rainstorms. If one is using his/her eyes and brain it would be obvious. Yesterday, driving in fog, I was amazed at how many cars did not have lights on. May I add that newer cars with the daylight driving lights also have a problem as your rear lights are not on- just the front lights are on. I want to be seen, especially with so many nuts on the road, and I usually keep my lights on all the time especially with the RV. It can't hurt. Maybe I have a buyer for my diesel.......
