I bought my StreetPilot 2610 refurbished, and it arrived with everything a new unit would have--and in brand new condition, as far as I could tell. It has worked flawlessly. The price Kay found is a hundred bucks less than I paid, thanks to the rebate. This is a great way to buy a StreetPilot 2610!Andy Baird
