Another site for LDs for sale - has 30 foot Twin Bed floorplan

Here is a link for a 1996 30 foot Twin Bed for sale located in Oregon.

It has some photos of this somewhat unusual floor plan.

The site lists 2 LD for sale, but one of the ads is quite old.
I do not know if this is one of the sites that oryoki checks regularly or not, but the 30 ft TB was not included in the last list.
Not sure if unit is still available or not.

Not sure if seller gets adds for free but ad viewer has to pay for specific location of RV and contact info?
